Yes and this is something I’ve searched for, and not found. But saying “rooting?” Does not mean “try x y and z modules”
So rooting is just allowing access to the root folders of your device and your kernel, rooting your phone doesn’t do anything to prevent forced brightness changes

I’ve looked super hard into forcing android to never have its brightness hijacked. Haven’t been able to find a single workaround
Hell yeah, plus, rednote is so much less toxic than American social media so far, have had maybe like 2 bad interactions my entire time there
1: we’ve been waiting for the masses to arrive for about 2 years now, there was a peak, then a significant fall off 2: there is a solution, and we talk about it all the time: simplify onboarding
