When I saw the show Hamilton, George Washington was black, not sure if that’s always the case. It was a really good show.

They are trying to make a paid Jupyter notebook. No thanks.
Thank you. I also didn’t follow.
They have a coupon for 10€ off of the 900€ price, wow
Good read. It puts numbers to some of the feelings normal people get when they hear about silly startups raising loads of cash
I agree.
I find the Teams app works great on Ubuntu. The Microsoft apps work OK in browser, until you have a lot of collaborators.
I rarely need to switch to windows, so when I do switch I expect to spend an hour doing updates.
Oh dang that’s creepy.
I changed my profile picture to one of the Fediverse graphics: https://lemmy.dbzer0.com/post/36806080
I’m pretty ignorant, but the agencies are still subject to laws passed by the legislative branch and enforced by the judicial branch, correct?
I choose to pay for Firefox. I know it’s unpopular because people don’t think Mozilla is run well. But if an opensource product is part of my daily life, then I want to pay for it.
Hell, I would copy the question sometimes :P
I have always liked the saying that an overnight success takes 5-10 years. Getting frustrated with someone who is developing two different Fediverse platforms simultaneously after 12 days seems a little quick.
I think you make good arguments in your video about how similar loops and peertube are, but I don’t view that as a negative. We see lots of duplication in the world, even within open source (Linux vs BSD vs Redox, ardupilot vs pixhawk vs betaflight). When it’s open source they can all learn from each other and reach better solutions sooner.
Edit: oh looks like OP says loops is 5 years old. Still seems odd to show up after 5 years and expect something exciting within 12 days
These comments have made me very curious if that exists or how that might be designed.
Ok well nothing is as impressive as yours. Averaging 15 posts a day for the last 19 months is a full time job.
That seems like important nuance for sure.
that worked thanks
ha, that’s possible.
Relative to your impressive comment and post count, it appears I was.
It really is great. They have clever options for payment to reduce fees. Like if you want to pay a small amount monthly, you can pay a few months in a single payment.
